  15. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on manufacturing status and progress.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Such As Cnc Machining, Injection Molding, And Assembly.

  • Experience With Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
