Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Such As Cnc Machining, Injection Molding, And Assembly.
