We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Senior Manager, Project Management for our Digital Health division in the Asia Pacific region. This role will play a critical role in driving the success of our digital health initiatives and supporting our mission to improve patient outcomes. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of project managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital health solutions to the rapidly growing medical market in APAC. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in project management and a passion for digital health.   1. Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of digital health solutions in the APAC region.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and regulatory to drive the success of digital health initiatives.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  5. Ensure that project goals and objectives align with the company's overall digital health strategy.
  6. Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the project management team.
  7. Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional development and growth.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital health to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Represent the company and its digital health division at conferences, trade shows, and other events.
  12. Uphold and promote the company's values and mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Senior Manager In Project Management At Stryker Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading Complex Projects, Preferably In The Digital Health Or Medical Device Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Knowledge Of Digital Health And Medical Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Digital Health And Medical Technology, Including Software Development, Medical Devices, And Healthcare Systems. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Overseeing The Successful Implementation Of Digital Health Projects In The Apac Region.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Motivating Cross-Functional Teams, Both In Person And Remotely, To Achieve Project Goals And Deliver High-Quality Results.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Stryker Is A Global Leader In The Medical Industry, And The Senior Manager In This Role Will Be Responsible For Driving The Company's Digital Health Projects In The Apac Region. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities, And Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Overcome Challenges And Achieve Project Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: Effective Communication And Stakeholder Management Are Crucial For The Success Of Any Project.
