Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Senior Manager In Project Management At Stryker Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading Complex Projects, Preferably In The Digital Health Or Medical Device Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Knowledge Of Digital Health And Medical Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Digital Health And Medical Technology, Including Software Development, Medical Devices, And Healthcare Systems. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Overseeing The Successful Implementation Of Digital Health Projects In The Apac Region.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills.
