- Oversee the operations of Stryker's Mexico and NOLA regions, including manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in the regions.
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize their performance and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the operations team.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports for the Mexico and NOLA regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the global level, representing the interests of the Mexico and NOLA regions.
- Collaborate with other senior managers to develop and implement global operational strategies and initiatives.
- Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's mission, values, and products.
- Adhere to Stryker's code of conduct and ethical standards at all times.
Extensive Experience In Operations Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large Teams And Complex Projects.
Bilingual Proficiency: As This Role Involves Overseeing Operations In Both Mexico And North Of Latin America, Fluency In Both Spanish And English Is Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Teams From Diverse Backgrounds.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Senior Manager Of Operations Mexico & Nola Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Strategies To Drive Business Growth And Improve Operational Efficiency. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And A Deep Understanding Of Business Operations.
