- Develop and implement the indirect channel strategy for the APAC region in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and engage potential distribution partners, and establish and maintain strong relationships with current partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and make strategic recommendations.
- Create and manage annual budgets for the indirect channel in the APAC region, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
- Develop and implement training programs for sales teams and distribution partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of distribution partners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and laws, in all indirect channel activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on channel performance and market trends to senior management.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges in the indirect channel, working closely with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in market conditions, and proactively adjust channel strategy as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues raised by distribution partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the indirect channel team, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and networking with potential partners and customers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the indirect channel, implementing best practices and innovative ideas.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
Strong Sales And Channel Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Channel Management, Preferably In The Apac Region. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Indirect Channels And Achieving Sales Targets.
Leadership And Strategic Thinking: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Think Strategically. They Should Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Channel Management Strategies, As Well As Coach And Mentor Their Team To Drive Results.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For A Senior Manager In This Role. They Should Be Able To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Distributors, Resellers, And Key Opinion Leaders.
