- Lead and oversee all financial planning and reporting processes for the entire organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identify key insights and trends, and provide strategic recommendations for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the organization's short-term and long-term goals.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information by performing regular audits and reviews.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
- Communicate financial results and analysis to senior leadership, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial planning and reporting.
- Represent the organization in meetings with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial planning and reporting processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Accounting and Operations, to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial information.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain financial planning and reporting systems.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's mission and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Reporting, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field; Mba Or Cpa Preferred.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Planning And Reporting Principles, As Well As Gaap And Sec Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team, Including Experience In Coaching And Developing Team Members.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Senior Executives.
