  1. Manage the design, development, and maintenance of the company's learning management system.
  2. Ensure that the learning management system is user-friendly, efficient, and up-to-date with the latest training and development resources.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative learning solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain training materials and resources for employees to effectively use the LMS.
  5. Monitor and analyze LMS usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  6. Train and assist employees in utilizing the LMS and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning management systems.
  8. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that all training and development programs are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to source new and relevant training content for the LMS.
  10. Lead and participate in LMS-related projects, including upgrades and new system implementations.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, regarding training and development.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates on LMS usage, performance, and improvements to relevant stakeholders.
  13. Train and supervise junior LMS coordinators, if applicable.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the LMS and make recommendations for improvements.
  15. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all training and development activities within the LMS.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Lms Administration And Coordination.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Various Lms Platforms, Such As Cornerstone Or Successfactors.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs, Including E-Learning Courses.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines.
