  • Provide guidance and support to a team of business analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully execute ERP projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements, and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP projects.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current ERP processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP systems and processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Mentor and train team members on ERP processes and systems, promoting continuous learning and development.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP systems.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on ERP projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to ERP systems and data.
  • Stay informed of market and industry developments, and make recommendations for new ERP technologies and processes to improve business operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis, With A Focus On Erp Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Stryker's Business Processes And Operations.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience In Leading A Team Of Business Analysts.

  • Extensive Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Budget Management.
