- Mentor and guide junior business analysts in the team.
Extensive Experience In Erp Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Erp Systems Such As Sap, Oracle Or Microsoft Dynamics, And Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience Working With These Systems.
Business Process Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Business Processes In Various Functional Areas Such As Finance, Supply Chain, And Manufacturing. They Should Also Be Able To Identify Process Improvement Opportunities And Drive Implementation.
