  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to ensure cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high quality products and services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage the indirect procurement budget and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive sourcing initiatives and achieve cost reduction targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities and cost savings achieved.
  • Mentor and train junior procurement team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to procurement.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize procurement operations.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Indirect Procurement, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Best Practices And Experience Implementing Cost-Saving Strategies.
