  1. Develop and maintain the visual identity and branding for Stryker, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing materials and product designs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and objectives, and translate them into effective and impactful design solutions.
  3. Create and design high-quality, visually appealing marketing materials, including print and digital assets such as brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.
  4. Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to produce professional and innovative designs.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, and incorporate them into Stryker's visual identity.
  6. Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of their work.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  8. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support design projects.
  9. Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
  10. Ensure all design work meets brand standards, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  11. Maintain a strong understanding of Stryker's products, target audience, and market trends to inform design decisions.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and elevate the visual identity of the brand.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design concepts and gather feedback.
  14. Manage the design process from concept to final deliverable, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
  15. Adhere to project budgets and timelines, and provide regular status updates to team members and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design Or Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience As A Graphic Designer, With A Focus On Branding And Marketing Materials.

  • Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite, Specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, And Indesign.

  • Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Ability To Apply Them Across Various Mediums, Including Print, Digital, And Multimedia.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With A Team.
