  1. Develop cutting-edge technologies: As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative technologies that will improve the delivery of healthcare. This will involve researching, designing, and testing new products and solutions.
  2. Contribute to the Robotics & Digital Support team: You will be an integral part of the Robotics & Digital Support team, working closely with other team members to drive the development of new technologies and products. This will require strong communication and collaboration skills.
  3. Ensure high-quality standards: You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and solutions meet high-quality standards. This will involve conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues.
  4. Stay updated with industry advancements: As a Senior Engineer, you will need to stay updated with the latest advancements in the medical technology industry, particularly in the areas of robotics and digital solutions. This will involve researching industry trends, attending conferences and workshops, and continuously learning new skills.
  5. Lead and mentor junior engineers: You will serve as a mentor and leader to junior engineers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. This will involve sharing your expertise and knowledge, as well as providing constructive feedback to help others grow and develop.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure the successful development and launch of new products and solutions.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulations: As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and solutions meet regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Robotics And Digital Support, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proficient In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And Matlab.

  • Strong Understanding Of Advanced Robotics Systems, Including Kinematics, Dynamics, And Control.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Robotics Projects From Concept To Commercialization.
