  • Advanced Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field - A Senior Director, Site Leader - Medical At Stryker Should Possess An Advanced Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. This Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Both Healthcare And Business Principles, Which Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • 10+ Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management - To Be Considered For This Role, Candidates Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Position Within The Healthcare Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Large Teams, Overseeing Budget And Financial Performance, And Implementing Strategic Initiatives.
