Job Description

At Stryker, we are looking for a Senior Data Integrity Analyst to join our team and help us ensure the quality and accuracy of our data. We are looking for an experienced professional with advanced technical skills and a passion for data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of best practices in data integrity.To be successful as our Senior Data Integrity Analyst, the following qualifications are required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; six or more years of experience in an information governance, data management, or data integrity role; advanced expertise in data architecture, database design, and data quality techniques; and advanced knowledge of data governance principles and regulations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have an ability to identify and resolve data integrity issues and an understanding of the data sources, data flow and data transformation processes.

Responsibilities of the Senior Data Integrity Analyst:

  1. Develop and implement data integrity protocols and procedures to ensure accuracy and quality of data.
  2. Monitor data integrity standards and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Identify and troubleshoot data integrity issues, developing solutions as needed.
  4. Assess data sources, data flow and data transformation processes to ensure quality and accuracy of data.
  5. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data mapping.
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integrity processes and procedures.
  7. Create and implement data governance models and protocols.
  8. Develop strategies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across systems.
  9. Analyze data trends to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
