  2. Lead a team of customer service professionals to ensure exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and optimize customer service processes.

  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the customer service team.
  13. Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance the customer service experience.
  14. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer retention strategies and drive revenue growth.
  15. Keep abreast of competitive landscape and make recommendations for improvements to stay ahead in the market.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field. Mba Or Advanced Degree Is A Plus.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Customer Service Professionals.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems And Experience Implementing And Utilizing Them To Enhance Customer Satisfaction.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers And Stakeholders.
