Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field. Mba Or Advanced Degree Is A Plus.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Customer Service Professionals.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems And Experience Implementing And Utilizing Them To Enhance Customer Satisfaction.
