  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  3. Develop and maintain study timelines, budgets, and resources.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, quality, and marketing, to achieve study objectives.
  5. Communicate regularly with external partners, such as contract research organizations and study sites.
  6. Lead study meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks to study timelines and budget.
  9. Monitor study progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  10. Act as the primary point of contact for study sites and address any issues or concerns.
  11. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular review and verification.
  12. Contribute to the development of study protocols and other study-related documents.
  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior clinical study team members.
  14. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance study efficiency and quality.
  15. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in clinical research.
  16. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events related to clinical research.
  17. Participate in the selection and management of vendors and subcontractors.
  18. Prepare and present study progress reports to senior management.
  19. Ensure timely completion of all study-related documentation and regulatory submissions.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Successful Senior Clinical Study Manager At Stryker Should Possess An Advanced Degree In A Field Such As Life Sciences, Healthcare, Or Clinical Research. This Advanced Education Will Provide A Strong Foundation For Understanding The Complex Nature Of Clinical Studies.

  • Extensive Experience In Clinical Study Management: Stryker Is Looking For Candidates With A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Study Management. This Experience Should Include Managing All Aspects Of Clinical Trials, Such As Protocol Development, Site Selection, And Monitoring.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Senior Clinical Study Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Clinical Studies Simultaneously. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
