  1. Develop and implement clinical evaluation plans for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Conduct thorough literature reviews and gather relevant clinical data to support product safety and efficacy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clinical research objectives and design appropriate studies.
  4. Manage and oversee clinical investigations, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  5. Analyze and interpret clinical data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for product improvements.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes related to clinical research and evaluation.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all clinical evaluation activities.
  8. Communicate with regulatory agencies and provide support for submissions and approvals.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on clinical evaluation processes and procedures.
  10. Participate in product development meetings and provide clinical expertise and insights.
  11. Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in all clinical evaluation activities.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and deliver educational materials on product safety and efficacy.
  13. Identify and address any potential risks or issues related to product safety and efficacy.
  14. Represent the company at conferences and events related to clinical research and evaluation.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve clinical evaluation processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Senior Clinical Evaluation Specialist Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medical Science, Health Sciences, Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Extensive Experience In Clinical Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. This Experience Should Include Designing And Conducting Clinical Studies, Analyzing Data, And Writing Clinical Evaluation Reports.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Senior Clinical Evaluation Specialist Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Global Medical Device Regulations, Including Iso 14155 And Meddev 2.7.1 Rev 4. They Should Also Have Experience With Fda Regulations And Submissions.

  • Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills: The Role Of A Senior Clinical Evaluation Specialist Involves Analyzing Complex Data And Presenting It In A Clear And Concise Manner. Therefore, Strong Analytical And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Position.

  • Team Leadership And Project Management Skills: A Senior Clinical Evaluation Specialist Should Have Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Also Have Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure To Meet Deadlines.
