- Serve as the subject matter expert for all things Salesforce within the organization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and processes
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through Salesforce
- Lead and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and make recommendations for Salesforce solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce updates and new features, and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs with Salesforce, working closely with IT and other departments as needed
- Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce functionality and best practices
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance process for new Salesforce releases and updates
- Continuously monitor and analyze Salesforce data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

Extensive Experience With Salesforce: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Working With Salesforce, Including Implementing, Customizing, And Troubleshooting The Platform. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Best Practices And Be Able To Leverage Its Features To Optimize Business Processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Business Systems Analyst, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Complex Business Problems Through The Use Of Technology.
