  1. Analyze complex business systems to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  3. Lead and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create action plans.
  4. Conduct research and gather data to support business decisions and projects.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and system requirements.
  6. Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  7. Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  8. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  9. Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve issues.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis.
  11. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  12. Mentor and train junior business systems analysts.
  13. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Business Systems Analysis Role, Preferably In The Medical Technology Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Optimization.

  • Proven Experience In Requirements Gathering, Documentation, And Analysis, As Well As Translating Business Needs Into Technical Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
