  1. Conduct biocompatibility testing and analysis on medical devices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  2. Develop and maintain biocompatibility testing protocols and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure biocompatibility requirements are met throughout the product development process.
  4. Evaluate and interpret biocompatibility test results and provide recommendations for product modifications as needed.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and updates in biocompatibility testing and regulatory compliance.
  6. Participate in risk assessments and support risk management activities related to biocompatibility.
  7. Communicate biocompatibility testing results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  8. Lead and manage biocompatibility testing projects, including timelines, resources, and budget.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on biocompatibility requirements to other team members.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure their products meet biocompatibility standards.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections.
  12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of biocompatibility processes and procedures.
  13. Mentor and train junior biocompatibility engineers.
  14. Ensure all biocompatibility activities are documented and comply with company policies and procedures.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to patient safety and product quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Biocompatibility Testing And Evaluation

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Iso 10993 And Other Relevant International Standards

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Device Regulations And Guidelines (Fda, Eu Mdr)

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading Biocompatibility Projects And Managing A Team Of Engineers.
