Sales Support Representative

Stryker is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team and help us drive success in our sales operations. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual with strong organizational and communication skills. You are a self-starter with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a drive to exceed expectations.The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong understanding of the sales process and a desire to help Stryker's sales team achieve success. The successful applicant should have a degree in business, sales, or a related field, along with at least two years of sales support experience. You must have exceptional interpersonal skills, be comfortable working independently, and possess a keen eye for detail. In addition, you must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, and have a proven track record of success in a customer service or sales position. Responsibilities:

1. Provide sales support to Stryker sales team by responding to customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and providing sales assistance.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
3. Assist in developing and maintaining sales strategies to ensure successful sales performance and customer satisfaction.
4. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create customer-facing documents and presentations.
5. Monitor and track sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Research and analyze sales opportunities to identify potential growth opportunities.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
9. Proactively identify and resolve customer service issues.
10. Provide feedback to management on customer service and sales performance.
