  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  6. Provide product demonstrations and trainings to healthcare professionals.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate product benefits.
  8. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent Stryker and network with potential customers.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  12. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on new product releases.
  13. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential customers.
  14. Travel to different locations to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain ethical standards in all sales activities.
  16. Keep track of competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team.
  17. Participate in sales meetings and provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.
  18. Continuously work towards achieving company's mission and goals.
  19. Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  20. Contribute to team efforts by sharing best practices, ideas, and knowledge.
