  1. Promote and sell Stryker's injury prevention solutions to healthcare professionals and organizations in the West Minneapolis area.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Stryker's products and services.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  7. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  8. Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote Stryker's products.
  9. Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of Stryker's products.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of Stryker's products and services, as well as their applications in the healthcare industry.
