  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Trauma division in North East London.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the region, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Stryker's trauma products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  7. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Stryker's Trauma division and network with potential customers.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  9. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including ethical standards and compliance guidelines.
  11. Continuously strive to expand knowledge of Stryker's products, competitor offerings, and the medical device industry to better serve customers and drive sales growth.
  12. Travel within the designated sales territory to meet with customers and attend events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A Successful Sales Representative For Trauma In North East London At Stryker Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Goals And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Promote And Sell Stryker's Trauma Products To Healthcare Professionals.

The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Strong Interpersonal Skills To Connect With A Diverse Range Of Customers.
