Job Description

  1. Conduct sales activities: This includes prospecting, lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing sales deals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities in Southern MD to promote the company's products and services.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  7. Prepare sales reports: Keep track of sales activities and prepare sales reports to present to management.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and successful sales strategy.
  9. Manage sales pipeline: Effectively manage the sales pipeline and prioritize leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  10. Represent the company: Act as a representative of the company at tradeshows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures, including sales guidelines and ethical standards.
  12. Stay compliant: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while conducting sales activities.
  13. Continuously improve sales skills: Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve sales skills and techniques.
  14. Travel as needed: Be willing to travel within the Southern MD region to meet with potential customers and attend events.
