  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Southeast Minnesota region with a focus on the Fire/EMS market.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers in the region.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Fire/EMS market, including attending trade shows and conferences.
  4. Serve as a product expert, providing training and education to customers on Stryker's cutting-edge emergency care products.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
  6. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives for the region.
  8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and Stryker, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in emergency care technology to better serve customers and maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Travel regularly within the region to meet with customers and attend events.
  12. Represent Stryker with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to our mission of improving patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Emergency Care Products Such As Fire And Ems Equipment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Southeast Minnesota Market And The Emergency Care Needs Of Fire And Ems Departments In The Region.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Diverse Audiences.
