  • Develop and maintain relationships with Fire and EMS departments in Southeast Indiana to identify and understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our emergency care equipment.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales plans and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment, as well as provide ongoing support and training to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate and position our products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Utilize CRM system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth within the designated territory.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Emergency Care Products: The Sales Representative Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Emergency Care Products, Including Those Used For Fire And Ems Services. This Knowledge Will Help Them Effectively Promote And Sell Stryker's Products To Potential Customers.

  • Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have Previous Sales Experience, Preferably In The Medical Or Healthcare Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Meet Sales Targets And Effectively Communicate With Customers.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In Sales, Especially In The Medical Field. The Sales Representative Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Customers And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Territory Management Skills: The Southeast Indiana Region Is A Key Market For Stryker's Emergency Care Products. The Sales Representative Should Have Experience In Managing A Territory, Including Identifying Potential Customers, Developing Sales Strategies, And Maintaining Relationships With Existing Customers.

  • Understanding Of Fire/Ems Services: In Addition To Knowledge Of Emergency Care Products, The Sales Representative Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Fire And Ems Services In The Southeast Indiana Region.
