- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets in the South Jersey Shore region.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers, including athletic trainers, physicians, and sports teams, to promote Stryker's sports medicine products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers and showcase the benefits of our products.
- Utilize market knowledge and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns that align with the sales strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in sports medicine technology and be able to effectively communicate these updates to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, including addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Travel within the South Jersey Shore region to attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Stryker's products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success.
- Continuously strive to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and industry knowledge through trainings and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3 Years Sales Experience, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
