If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Sales Representative for South Colorado and North New Mexico in the Emergency Care division at Stryker. As a trusted leader in the medical technology industry, Stryker is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative and high-quality products. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team and drive sales of our fire and EMS equipment in the South Colorado and North New Mexico region.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the South Colorado and North New Mexico region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, including first responders, emergency care providers, and other key decision-makers.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Stryker's fire and EMS equipment.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in order to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach.
  6. Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
  7. Identify and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Stryker's products and brand.
  8. Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of Stryker's equipment.
  9. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise in order to effectively communicate with customers and address any questions or concerns.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  11. Travel within the assigned territory, as needed, to meet with customers and attend events.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve sales techniques and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on sales activities and progress towards goals.
  15. Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices to drive overall sales success for the Emergency Care division.
