Job Description

At Stryker Emergency Care, we are on a mission to save lives and improve emergency response across South Central Florida. As a Sales Representative for our Fire/EMS division, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by promoting and selling our life-saving equipment to first responders and emergency personnel. We are looking for a driven and passionate individual with a strong understanding of the Fire/EMS industry and a desire to make a difference in their community. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales, we want you to join our team!

  1. Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care's life-saving equipment to first responders and emergency personnel in South Central Florida.
  2. Understand the Fire/EMS industry and use this knowledge to effectively market and sell our products.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker Emergency Care, representing the company's values and mission to save lives.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment.
  6. Identify opportunities for new business and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth and success.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales managers and product specialists, to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales process.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Stryker Emergency Care's products and services.
  13. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  15. Represent Stryker Emergency Care with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Sales Experience In The Emergency Care Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Fire And Ems Services.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medical Equipment And Technology Used In Emergency Care Settings.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Key Stakeholders.

  • Willingness To Travel Extensively Within The South Central Florida Region And Maintain A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate Customer Needs.
