We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for South Arkansas and North Louisiana in our Surgical Technologies division.   1. Promote and sell Stryker's surgical products to healthcare professionals in South Arkansas and North Louisiana.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  4. Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Stryker's products.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  6. Utilize market data and trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Stryker's products.
  10. Continuously stay informed about competitors' products and pricing to effectively position Stryker's products in the market.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  13. Proactively communicate with management about sales activities and progress.
  14. Continuously develop and improve sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  15. Represent Stryker in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Surgical Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Surgical Technologies And Their Applications In The Medical Field. This Includes Knowledge Of Medical Devices, Equipment, And Procedures Used In Surgery.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Sales Representative Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Professionals, Colleagues, And Potential Clients. They Should Also Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.

  • Proven Sales Experience: Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Or Healthcare Industry. This Includes A Demonstrated Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets, Build A Strong Customer Base, And Effectively Negotiate And Close Deals.

  • Knowledge Of The South Arkansas/North Louisiana Region: Familiarity With The Geographic Area And Healthcare Landscape Of South Arkansas And North Louisiana Is Essential For This Role. This Will Help The Sales Representative Understand The Needs And Preferences Of Potential Customers And Tailor Their Sales Approach Accordingly.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field: While Not Always Required, A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare Can Be Beneficial For This Role. It Demonstrates A Strong Foundation Of Knowledge And Skills That Can Be Applied To The Sales Process.
