  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals in the Craniomaxillofacial Cranial Restoration/Chest Wall division in Rochester, MN.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff, to promote and sell Stryker's medical products.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals to ensure proper use and understanding of Stryker's products.
  4. Attend conferences, tradeshows, and other events to promote Stryker's products and network with potential customers.
  5. Continuously monitor market trends and competition in the medical field to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide feedback and insights from the field to improve products and sales strategies.
  7. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Conduct territory analysis and planning to identify potential customers and develop strategies for penetrating new markets.
  10. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
  11. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  12. Travel within assigned territory as needed to meet with customers and attend events.
  13. Continuously develop and improve knowledge of Stryker's products and the medical industry.
  14. Collaborate with team members and participate in sales meetings to share best practices and drive overall team success.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  16. Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and customer interactions.
  17. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  18. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker and promote a positive image of the company at all times.
