  1. Promote and sell Stryker's orthopaedic instruments to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers in the medical device industry.
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  4. Conduct research and gather market intelligence to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  5. Utilize knowledge of orthopaedic instruments and the medical industry to effectively communicate the features and benefits of Stryker's products to customers.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  7. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Stryker's products.
  8. Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of Stryker's products.
  9. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to management.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  11. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments and competitor activity.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with customers.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, supply chain, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Travel within the assigned territory as required to meet with customers and attend events.

Job Qualifications
