  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the Northwest Connecticut territory.
  2. Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers in the fire and EMS departments within the territory.
  3. Utilize knowledge and understanding of the emergency care industry, specifically in fire and EMS, to effectively promote and sell Stryker's products and solutions.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to potential customers.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay informed about new products and updates in order to effectively communicate with customers.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  8. Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  9. Educate customers on the benefits and features of Stryker's emergency care products and solutions.
  10. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and proactively pursue them.
  11. Provide excellent customer service, including timely response to inquiries and concerns.
  12. Stay informed about competitors' products and market trends in order to effectively position Stryker's products and solutions.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve overall team success.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance and ethical standards.
  15. Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times.
