  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with fire and EMS departments in Northern NH/ME to promote and sell emergency care products.
  2. Identify and target potential customers in the market and create effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our emergency care products.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our products in the market.
  7. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
  8. Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
  9. Train and educate first responders on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  11. Travel within the designated territory to meet with customers and attend events.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and their applications to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
