Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including neurosurgeons, hospitals, and other potential customers in the Northeast, PA region.
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling Stryker's neurosurgical products to potential customers.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  6. Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and report on sales performance to management.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  8. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and build relationships with potential customers and key opinion leaders.
  9. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on the latest advancements in neurosurgical technology to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the medical industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare.

  • 3+ Years Of Successful Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Neurosurgical Products.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry And The Ability To Understand And Communicate Complex Medical Information.
