- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets for the Patient Handling product line in Northeast Michigan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare facilities, within the region.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers on the features and benefits of our Patient Handling products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, including addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales data.
- Continuously expand knowledge of our products and the healthcare industry to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Travel within the region as needed to meet with customers and attend events.
- Collaborate with other Sales Representatives and team members to share best practices and drive overall sales success.
Proven Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry. They Should Have A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of The Northeast Michigan Region: As A Sales Representative For The Northeast Michigan Region, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Local Market, Including Key Players, Healthcare Facilities, And Potential Customers.
Familiarity With Patient Handling Products: Stryker Is A Leading Manufacturer Of Patient Handling Products, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services. They Should Also Have Experience In Selling Similar Products To Healthcare Facilities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Sales Representative Must Be An Effective Communicator And Able To Build Strong Relationships With Customers. They Should Also Possess Strong Presentation Skills And The Ability To Articulate The Benefits Of Stryker's Products To Potential Customers.
