- Promote and sell Stryker's emergency care products in the Northern California region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key decision makers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the benefits and features of Stryker products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote Stryker products and increase brand awareness.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
- Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Understanding Of The Emergency Care Market And Knowledge Of Stryker's Product Portfolio.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Present And Negotiate With Customers.
Valid Driver's License And Ability To Travel Up To 50% Of The Time Within The Northern California Region.
