- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Stryker's neurovascular products and their benefits to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities within the neurovascular market, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the medical field.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals in order to promote and sell Stryker's neurovascular products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing time and territory, prioritizing opportunities, and utilizing resources.
- Continuously gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the company regarding customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Attend industry conferences and events to expand knowledge, network, and promote Stryker's products.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Travel within assigned territory to meet with customers and attend meetings and events as required.
- Represent Stryker and its values in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the Neurovascular division and Stryker as a company.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Neurovascular Field
Strong Knowledge Of Neurovascular Products, Procedures, And Market Trends
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Clients.
