  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell Stryker's medical products in the Edmonton area.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities in the region, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to potential customers.
  4. Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue them to increase market share.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position Stryker's products in the market.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  8. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Stryker's products.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients.
  10. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  11. Continuously track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  13. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, sales guidelines and ethical standards.
  14. Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Key Decision Makers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Life Sciences.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Previous Experience In Medical Sales, Preferably In The Edmonton Area.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Communicate Complex Medical Information To Clients.
