  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the Central-East region of the Netherlands to promote and sell Stryker's innovative medical devices.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from existing or potential customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position Stryker's products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and showcase Stryker's products.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches and updates.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Medical Sales Or A Similar Role

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Healthcare Professionals

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medical Devices And The Healthcare Industry

  • Ability To Work Independently And Meet Sales Targets, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Previous Sales Roles.
