- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Sachsen region for the Orthopaedic Instruments division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the medical industry.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and institutions to showcase the benefits of our innovative orthopaedic instruments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform strategic sales approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote and represent the company and its products.
- Provide feedback from customers to inform product enhancements and improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Specifically In Orthopaedic Instruments.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Orthopaedic Procedures And Products.
