- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell orthopaedic instruments in the Baden-Württemberg Süd region.

Knowledge Of Orthopaedic Instruments: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Orthopaedic Instruments, Including Their Uses, Applications, And Features. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Provide Them With The Necessary Information To Make Informed Purchasing Decisions.
Sales Experience: A Successful Sales Representative Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships. Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Particularly In Orthopaedics, Is Highly Preferred.
Communication Skills: As A Sales Representative, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Internal Teams Is Crucial. This Includes Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Active Listening Skills To Understand Customer Needs And Concerns.
