In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge surgical products to healthcare professionals, driving growth and exceeding sales targets.   1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and exceed sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the Little Rock, AR area.
  3. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Stryker's surgical products to potential customers.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and capabilities of our products.

  14. Travel within assigned territory to meet with clients and attend necessary events.
  15. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Surgical Technology Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Communicate With Customers.
