  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fire and EMS professionals in the Las Vegas/Arizona area.
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Stryker's Emergency Care products.
  3. Actively seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate the market.
  4. Provide product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations to potential and existing customers.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' products.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of sales initiatives.
  7. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and negotiate contracts.
  8. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Stryker's products.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker, promoting the company's values and mission.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  14. Travel within the designated territory to meet with clients and attend meetings and events as needed.
  15. Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A Highly Competitive Market.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Fire/Ems Industry, Including Key Players, Trends, And Regulations.
