  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals for implant products in Bucharest and South Romania.
  2. Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to promote and sell our products.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits and features of our implant products.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and successful sales approach.
  7. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads for potential sales opportunities.
  8. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  10. Continuously strive to increase product knowledge and stay updated on the latest advancements in the medical industry to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  11. Achieve and maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of surgical procedures and techniques.
  12. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  13. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  14. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Medical Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Medical Sales, Preferably In The Field Of Implants. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision Makers.

  • Knowledge Of Implant Products: The Sales Representative Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Implant Products And Their Application In Various Medical Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of The Features And Benefits Of Different Types Of Implants, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate This Information To Potential Customers.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Sales Representative Requires Frequent Interaction With Healthcare Professionals, Including Surgeons And Hospital Staff. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building And Maintaining Relationships, As Well As Presenting Information About Stryker's Products In A Clear And Persuasive Manner.

  • Ability To Work Independently: This Position Requires A Self-Motivated Individual Who Can Work Independently To Achieve Sales Targets. The Sales Representative Should Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively, Prioritize Tasks, And Work Proactively To Identify And Pursue New Sales Opportunities.

  • Fluency In Romanian And English: As This Position Is Based In Bucharest/South Romania, Fluency In Both Romanian And English Is A Must. The Sales Representative Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers In Both Languages, As Well As Read And Understand Technical Documents And Sales Materials In English.
