  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Sustainability Solutions division in the Houston, TX market.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers, to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to showcase the benefits of our sustainability solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required.
  8. Utilize sales tools and resources to effectively manage and track sales activities.
  9. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and services.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
  11. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth by seeking out training and development opportunities.
  12. Uphold the company's mission and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  13. Travel to customer sites as needed to conduct sales meetings and presentations.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker and maintain a positive image of the company at all times.
  15. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement innovative sales strategies and initiatives.
