Stryker is currently seeking a Sales Representative for our Sports Medicine division in the East Valley, AZ area. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our industry-leading sports medicine products and services to healthcare professionals and athletic organizations. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the East Valley, AZ area.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key healthcare professionals and athletic organizations to promote and sell Stryker's sports medicine products and services.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions and pipeline updates, in the company's CRM system.
  7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  8. Provide ongoing support and training to customers on the use of our products and services.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  10. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads to expand the customer base.
  11. Represent Stryker and our sports medicine division in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  12. Meet and exceed all sales performance metrics and targets set by the company.
  13. Actively participate in sales meetings, training programs, and other company initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  15. Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and address any questions or concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Sports Medicine Products And Procedures: A Successful Sales Representative For Stryker In The East Valley, Az Area Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Sports Medicine Industry And The Products Offered By Stryker. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Types Of Surgeries, Common Injuries, And The Latest Advancements In Sports Medicine Technology.

  • Previous Sales Experience: Stryker Is Looking For A Sales Representative Who Has A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales.
