  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the DFW area for the Patient Handling division.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in healthcare facilities, including hospitals and long-term care facilities.
  3. Utilize market knowledge and industry insights to identify potential customers and understand their needs and challenges.
  4. Present and demonstrate Stryker's patient handling solutions to potential customers, highlighting their unique benefits and value.
  5. Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions for customers and ensure timely and successful implementation.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential customers.
  8. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position Stryker's solutions.
  9. Generate and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  10. Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Stryker's brand and products.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional image of Stryker at all times.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or A Related Field, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Patient Handling Products: Stryker Is A Leading Manufacturer Of Patient Handling Equipment, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Products And Their Applications In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Sales Representative, You Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Healthcare Professionals, So Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
