  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share in the DFW area.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in order to promote and sell Stryker's medical products.
  3. Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  4. Utilize knowledge of the healthcare industry and competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to both current and potential clients.
  7. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer needs to effectively position Stryker's products in the market.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required.
  10. Represent Stryker at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Dfw Area.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Potential Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of The Patient Care Industry, Including Understanding Of Medical Procedures And Equipment, And Ability To Effectively Educate Customers On Stryker's Products And Services.
