- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients in the Columbus, OH area.
- Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Understand and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of Stryker's products to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Minimum Of 2 Years Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. This Will Ensure A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge Of Endoscopy Products: A Strong Understanding Of Endoscopy Products, Their Uses, And Competitive Landscape Is Essential For Success In This Role. The Candidate Should Possess The Technical Knowledge To Effectively Demonstrate And Explain The Features And Benefits Of Stryker's Endoscopy Products.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Sales Representative, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Customers. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Rapport, Understanding Customer Needs, And Closing Sales.
